“The Current State of Crowdfunding” will feature three industry leaders: Kim Wales, founder of Wales Capital; Jed Cohen, COO, RocketHub; and Sam Guzik, Chairman, Crowdfunding Professional Association. The meeting will focus on current and anticipated product offerings of the crowdfunding sector. The panel will bring the audience up-to-date on developments relevant to startup firms. At a minimum, attendees should come away with a good understanding of Titles II, III, IV, and Regulations A, A+. Presentations will be targeted at entrepreneurs considering crowdfunding as a financing vehicle.
